• Fill out CYIA application (online). Once your application is approved, continue with the following steps:
• Read the Child Protection Policy Fact Sheet AND
• Either listen to (866-878- 4182) or view the presentation (http://wwwcefonline.com/childprotection)
• Complete the Medical Form and Ministry Agreement form and the Background Check (for teens 15 and up). (Worker Compliance form asks if you have read and listened to the above documents).
• Questions can be sent to amber@lonestarcef.com or arrange for a call.
• Reference forms will be sent via text to all references for all new applicants.

Volunteer Application:

Welcome to the team of those who desire to share in the wonderful work of reaching children through the Good News Club!  

In order to protect our children and our workers, CEF requires all volunteers to complete the volunteer application process which includes a Background Check, Interview and signing the CEF Volunteer Application Forms.

Please complete the following  2 Step process for application:

New Volunteers:

Step 1: Prepare to complete online forms before going to the links. You will need:

• 4 References with contact information
• Child Evangelism Fellowship’s Child Protection Policy: Either listen to (866-878- 4182) or view the presentation (http://wwwcefonline.com/childprotection)
• CEF Statement of Faith (https://lonestarcef.com/about-us/beliefs/)
• To start the form, click the button below and Choose CEF of Lone Star Prairie for your ministry location opportunity
• Be sure to “submit” the form and that you get a confirmation back.

Step 2:   Get Your “Quick Start” Training

Returning volunteers: 

After reading the Statement of Faith and Child Protection Fact Sheet (from step 1) as well as listening or viewing the Child Protection Policy (from step 1 above), you are ready to fill out the forms online. 

• For the first Background check choice, Choose CEF of Lone Star Prairie for your organization. 
• Those who are renewing after 5 years of service may write “on file” for your reference questions.
• If you only need the yearly form and your background check has not expired, use the second button.
