Good News Club®
What do children like about Good News Club? Everything! We do our best to make every club fun- filled! Each weekly club meets for usually 1 to 1 ½ hours after school and includes dynamic Bible lessons, creative learning activities, meaningful songs, inspiring missionary stories and life-changing Scripture memory.
Our Lone Star Prairie Good News Clubs meet from September through April, a total of 22 weeks during the school year and follow the local communities’ school calendars. Clubs can meet anyplace. We have many after school Good News Clubs meeting all over our 7 county area such as in schools, apartment complex community rooms, YMCA after school locations, Boys & Girls Club locations, a neighborhood club location put on as Outreach through a church plus 2 Little Kids (preschool) Clubs in connection with weekly MOPS meetings. Extended Day Care programs and Day care locations are also other options for Good News Clubs (GNC).
Are you looking for a good place for your children to learn about God? Try a Good News Club. Since Good News Club teachers do not teach denominational distinctives, anyone can feel free to come. Everyone is welcome. We encourage you as parents or guardians to attend with your child or grandchild. Our clubs are church supported and many have teachers that partner together with more than one church to put on the Good News Club.
Is it legal to meet in a school? Yes! If your school has any kind of club meeting there, Good News Club can meet also. Let us help you check it out. CEF Lone Star Prairie truly wants to help you reach every child in your county.
